Its Christmas Y’all!

Merry Christmas!

Unfortunately we don’t have any snow right now, oh well. I wonder if my friend in Germany got any…

Well anyway, The main reason i’m posting this is to tell everyone I won’t be on tomorrow and to push my other post down so that those who don’t want to read it don’t have to. (Though it does have some pretty good information about the origin of ‘Xmass’.)

Hmm, what else should I add to this post?…

Last night I did get to play D&D, only my Paladin and Monk made levels. (they’re low so they make ‘em fast) My Paladin tried to take on an Owlbear by himself and found that they really hurt…He escaped that battle with 2 hitpoints, (I think.) he wouldn’t have been alive if my Druid’s Direwolf hadn’t come charging at it, knocking it over and critting at the same time. That left the Owlbear with 2 hitpoints I think and the next round the Direwolf easily finished it off.

The next big event was when our party was assualted with rocks by two Hill giants, (Nasty critters with two attacks which hit HARD) one of the rocks hit our main mage so my Cleric immediately ran over to her and used the Full Defense combat style to fully defend her from anymore projectiles, doing so increased his defense from 22 (Which is pretty high) to 26. (Which is very hard to hit, even for Hill Giants) Luckily the rocks weren’t really aimed so my cleric didn’t even really need to do it since the next round the hill giant threw at someone else.

So yea, our night was quite exciting. My paladin should make level 5 before we return to Walnut Grove, which means he’ll get his special mount. (Whoopie!) I think his mount will be useful.

Well that was probably pretty boring for most of you…Sorry.

The RuneScape Christmas event was ‘ok’ but not really that great, I expected better. I’m going to run my nubs through it today just so that they have that emote and item for years to come.

Now, off to read the latest post on the RR. (If there is one, with these people there almost always is.)

Merry Christmas!
